The Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support students in lessons across a range of subjects, helping them to access the curriculum
• Work 1:1 and with small groups to close learning gaps and build confidence
• Assist teachers with planning, delivering and assessing learning
• Support students with additional needs (SEN) and promote positive behaviour
• Gain valuable classroom experience, preparing you for future teacher training

This is an ideal stepping-stone for graduates who want to train as teachers or pursue careers in education, educational psychology, or youth work.

What We’re Looking For

• A recent graduate with a strong academic background
• A genuine passion for working with young people
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, resilient attitude
• Experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
