Summary
Multidrop Van Drivers – Birmingham (Full-Time, Agency Work)
Pay: £15.65/hour (standard) | £18.30/hour (night rate: 19:00–08:00)
Contract Start: October 2025
Contract End: Christmas 2025 (with potential for extension for exceptional performers)
Rapier Employment is recruiting experienced Multidrop Van Drivers for a busy client based in Birmingham. This is a full-time agency role with high expectations and excellent pay.
Role Details:
- Drops per day: 60–80 (Multidrop experience is essential)
- Area – Birmingham and surrounding
- Shift pattern: Day shifts with occasional night hours paid at enhanced rate
- Overtime: Time and a half after 45 hours/week
- Contract duration: October to Christmas (no holidays permitted during this period)
- Key date: Must be available to work Saturday after Black Friday
✅ Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of checkable work history (all employment gaps must be explained and documented)
- Clear criminal record – DBS check will be conducted prior to start
- Multidrop experience – ideally in a fast-paced delivery environment
- Reliable and punctual with strong geographical knowledge of Birmingham and surrounding areas
- Physically fit – able to handle a high volume of deliveries

- Although this is an agency role, on-site interviews and walkarounds will be conducted prior to placement.
- Successful candidates may be offered longer-term assignments based on performance.
