Engineer Electrical / Mechanical

- SQV Level 3 qualifications for both mechanical and Electrical Engineers
Engineer Responsibilities :
- Ensure all work practices adhere to the current Health & Safety Legislation
- Challenge present procedures in the quest for continued improvement
- Ensure workshop and working area are kept to a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness
- Ensure that services available for the installation of new machinery
- Ensure regular maintenance programmes are created and adhered to
- Ensure adequate spares and parts are available for replacement
- Ensure level of cover provided is sufficient for the factory requirements
- Assist the maintenance team when required
- Carry out reasonable activity when requested
- Ensure Shire System is maintained including labour and parts allocations
- Maintain downtime levels
Details of a Engineer:
- Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off - rotating dayshift and nightshift
- 6am - 6pm or 6pm to 6am
- Salary: £36,376 + 30% Shift Allowances £10,912.80
