Vehicle Diagnostics Technician
£35k - £42k Basic Salary!
Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm!
Team Bonus + Optional Overtime!

Are you an experienced Diagnostic Technician looking to join a friendly, well-established garage where your skills will be valued and rewarded?
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team in Maidstone, offering a competitive salary, great benefits, and the chance to develop your career in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose vehicle faults using modern diagnostic tools
Perform cam belt replacements, engine swaps, and general mechanical repairs
Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment
Collaborate with the team to ensure high standards of service
Benefits:
Competitive basic salary between £35,000 and £42,000 per annum
Monthly team bonus up to £200
Optional Saturday overtime paid at a flat rate (8:30 am – 4:00 pm)
20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
Free onsite parking
Company benefits package
Requirements:
Full UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 penalty points
Minimum 5 years post-apprenticeship experience as a Diagnostic Technician
Experience with cam belts, engine swaps, and general mechanical work preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
