Job description:
Oliver Fisher Solicitors is seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist to join our team. This is a front-of-house role that requires excellent organisational skills, a friendly and approachable manner, and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner
Answering and directing phone calls
Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring they are prepared
Assisting with general administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role (essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Confident using standard office software and phone systems
Punctual and reliable, with the ability to ensure the office is open and ready at 9:00 am daily
Location:
We would prefer applicants who live locally, as punctuality is essential to this role.
