Your Role
As a Complex Team Member, you’ll be the heartbeat of our guest experience. You’ll:
• Deliver excellent service with speed, accuracy, and a friendly attitude.
• Be brilliant at the basics—taking orders, serving drinks, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
• Work across both bar and restaurant areas, keeping guests happy and operations running smoothly.
• Collaborate with your team to handle busy periods with professionalism and positivity.
• Bring energy, reliability, and a can-do attitude every shift.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who can combine energy with reliability. You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Must-Haves:
• Are brilliant at the basics—serving guests efficiently, keeping spaces clean, and following procedures.
• Have excellent communication and a friendly, approachable attitude.
• Can work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and stay calm under pressure.
• Are a reliable team player who pitches in wherever needed.
Nice-to-Haves:
• Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or leisure environment.
• Knowledge of basic drink preparation or food service standards.
