Salary: £28,800 base + overtime & enhancements (earn £38k+ with OOH pay)

About the Role:
We are looking for a Reactive Lead Technician to join the team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be leading by example, responding to urgent reactive jobs and supporting planned works when required.
The role requires flexibility, with participation in an out-of-hours (OOH) and weekend rota.
You may also be redeployed from planned/project work at short notice to support urgent customer needs.
What You’ll Do:
Lead on reactive and emergency works, ensuring safe and high-quality delivery.
Support technicians and agency staff on-site, providing guidance and training.
Carry out cleaning and related services in line with company standards.
Maintain company equipment, vehicles, and PPE.
Ensure accurate job logging using company tablets.
Uphold a commitment to customer service excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in reactive or fast-paced operational environments.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support others.
Full UK manual driving licence (essential) with no more than 3 points.
Flexible approach to work, including OOH and weekends.
Customer-focused, organised, and calm under pressure.
What We Offer:
Base salary £28,800 per year.
Time-and-a-half pay for all hours worked between 8 pm – 6 am.
Potential to earn £38k+ per year with overtime and enhancements.
Full training and ongoing development.
