Full-time 37 hours per week (Part-time will be considered 25 hours +)
1 year Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Cover) commencing Nov/Dec 2025
Term-time only plus 2 weeks (40 weeks per year)
Support Staff Scale – Grade 9 (£41,771 - £46,142 FTE)
Actual Salary for 40 weeks, 37 hours a week is £37,510 - £41,435 pa

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our People team.
The Schools People Partner provides a professional HR service to our schools and settings within the Wessex Learning Trust supporting them with a range of people matters and timely strategic advice. This is a busy, varied role where you will be working in our culture of continuous improvement and will have an opportunity to make a difference with our stakeholders.
You will have previous experience as a HR practitioner or Business Partner within the education sector – preferably within a school or multi-academy trust, with a proven track record of handling a range of complex employee relations issues and casework.
