Summary
Catering Manager at Lily Lane: October 2025
Salary: £28,163 - £31,067 (please note that this will be pro rata of this rate for term time only working)
We are currently seeking to appoint an experienced full time Catering Manager at Lily Lane Primary.
The strong kitchen team take pride in the delivery of fresh and appetising food for both pupils and staff, and work to high standards following Health and
Safety procedures. We are looking for somebody with a flexible, energetic approach to start work as soon as possible.
The salary is pro rata to Grade 5, Scale Point 13 to 19, 28,163 - £31,067 (please note that this will be pro rata of this rate for term time only working and
dependant on experience).
Working hours are 35 per week (6.30am to 2.00pm, inc.30 mins break) term time only, with five additional days allocated across the year for deep cleaning
during training days and holidays.
We are looking for a driven and motivated individual, with a passion for working with young people to promote healthy eating.
We need a dedicated and enthusiastic person who:
- has passion for high quality, nutritious food
- is a strong leader capable of motivating and leading a team
- has previous high volume catering and leadership experience
- and can ensure value for money in managing resources
- can work in a demanding role.
