Summary

Job Opportunity: Business Administrator - Business Support Team

Location: Stockton-on-Tees (Hybrid working available)
Salary: £25,798.50 per annum
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (37.5 hours/week)
Division: Health - Health Assessment Advisory Services (HAAS)

Were looking for a confident and organised Business Administrator to join our supportive Business Support Team. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll handle a range of administrative tasks including triaging referrals, processing GP invoices, updating claimant details, and supporting both internal teams and external enquiries.

You'll bring excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Previous experience in administration or customer service is desirable, but we welcome applications from those with the right attitude and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and triage referral cases
  • Authorise GP factual report invoices
  • Update claimant details and manage referral exceptions
  • Support the Customer Contact Centre and respond to DWP queries
  • General office admin including data entry, scanning, and mailbox management
