Summary
Connect Appointments have a new opportunity for a reliable and motivated individual to join our North Lanarkshire based manufacturing client.
Working as a Labourer within their Airdrie facility, you will be responsible for performing various physical tasks to support the operations of the business.
What's on offer?
- Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm - with an early Friday finish
- Work every third Saturday, from 7am to 10:30am
- £12.21 per hour - paid weekly
- Full training and support provided
- Plenty of overtime available
Your day-to-day tasks include:
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
- Operating hand tools and power equipment as required
- Following safety procedures and guidelines at all time
- Performing general maintenance and cleaning tasks
- Any other duties deemed suitable
To be successful within this Labourer role, you will have the following skills and traits:
- Good level of physical fitness - due to the manual handling nature of the role
- Good degree of numeracy for stock counting
- Have excellent hand-eye coordination
- Great attention to detail
- The ability to work on your own and as part of a team
