1-Bed EBD Residential Home
Are you a dedicated leader who’s passionate about transforming young lives? We’re looking for an experienced Children’s Home Manager to lead our 1-bed home in Liverpool, supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
This is a unique opportunity to oversee a specialist, small-scale service, where your leadership will directly shape the home, inspire your team, and create positive, lasting outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and support staff to deliver exceptional care
Ensure the home exceeds Ofsted standards and expectations
Provide a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where children can thrive
Take overall responsibility for safeguarding and personalised care planning
Build meaningful partnerships with families, professionals, and the community
Foster a positive team culture where staff feel supported and valued
About You
NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
Previous experience as a Manager or Deputy in a children’s residential setting
Strong understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and Ofsted regulations
Excellent communicator and natural leader with a child-centred approach
Resilient, driven, and committed to improving young people’s lives
