Starting salary ELM3 (FTE: £24,330)
Actual Salary 27.08hours (5 days) – £15,502 per annum
Are you passionate about education and eager to make a real difference in the lives of young people? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our committed team at our Ofsted-rated Outstanding secondary schoolSuccessful candidates will be:• enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile
• able to communicate effectively with young people to support learning and development
• flexible, committed and possess sound administrative and IT skills
• calm, confident and demonstrate a professional approach in your dealings with young people, staff, parents and external agencies.
This is an excellent opportunity for graduates and those considering a career in teaching to gain experience in and out of the classroom at a secondary school prior/whilst training.
