JobDescription:
As a Security receptionist atMerville Barracks, Circular RoadSouth, ColchesterCO2 7UT
Your role is vital in making sure that we provide asafe and secure environment for our clients. You'll be tasked with verifyingand directing visitors.
What you’lldo:
- Greet staff and visitors and ensure they adhere to the required security identificationand protocols for the site/area
- Monitoring of CCTV, Access Control and other protective systems
- Act as a first line response to activations & incidents or fault reporting
- Log calls, relay messages and provide guidance and advice to visitors, clients, contractors and staff
- Deliver and maintain customer service at all times, ensuring client satisfaction
- Maintain a high standard of a well kept reception/entry area to ensure visitors journey starts with a positive impression.
What youbring:
- Ability to interact with employees, contractors, consultants, visitors, and management as well as local police and fire authorities
- Standard SIA license
- Excellent communication and awareness skills
- Experience in working in a similar role
- Knowledge of security techniques and site and local emergency procedures
