Summary

PMO Administrators - Dover

Salary: Up to £31,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with hybrid working 3 days in the office

Are you ready to be part of a digital transformation journey? We're seeking two dynamic PMO Administrators to join the Project Management Office of a leading organisation in Dover. If you thrive on data, enjoy streamlining processes using digital tools to solve problems, this could be your next career move.

Key responsibilities:

  • Keeping systems running smoothly from meetings to governance and reporting
  • Providing board members with clear, concise insights and reports
  • Supporting governance and controls across a range of exciting projects
  • Administering and improving digital services and processes
  • Ensuring planning data is accurate and aligned with approved cost and work structures
  • Giving project teams access to consolidated data and performance reports

Key Experience:

  • A-levels or equivalent professional training
  • Experience in project controls or busy business administrative environments, confident with digital tools and processes
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills, especially SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Confidence to step in and cover for the PMO Digital Manager when required

Desirable skills:

  • Experience with digital services
  • Knowledge of project controls frameworks (e.g., APM Body of Knowledge)
  • Proficient in creating and managing reports or analysing project data
  • Understanding of project governance and scheduling principles
  • Hands-on experience with planning tools
