Summary


We are currently recruiting to a dedicated and enthusiastic Band 3 Senior Admin Assistant to temporarily join our OccWellbeing team. This position offers 37.5 hours per week, with working hours of 8:30 to 16:30, Monday through Friday, including a 30-minute lunch break. The successful candidate will manage reception and administrative duties, playing a vital role in the smooth operation of the OccWellbeing service.

Key responsibilities include prioritising tasks, supporting the reception desk, and ensuring that all processes and deadlines are met efficiently. Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work are essential. We are seeking applicants who are well-organised, possess strong interpersonal skills, and are comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team. Excellent communication and confidentiality awareness are crucial, as the role regularly involves sensitive information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and adaptability to learn patient record systems are also required. Applicants must demonstrate the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in accordance with data protection guidelines. Strong organisational and computer skills are essential.
