Summary
P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently looking for a Customer Billing Support Specialist on a part-time, permanent basis.
Main Responsibilities:
• First point of contact for customers regarding billing questions, disputes and clarifications.
• Resolve billing issues in an efficient and timely manner.
• Work amongst the finance, sales and customer service team to resolve complex billing enquiries.
• Update accurate records of customer interactions, issues and resolutions.
• Identify and prevent billing issues from recurring.
• Provide customers with clear explanations or charges and invoices.
• Ensure billing-related communications are clear, professional, and customer-friendly.
• Issuing credit notes or adjustments where necessary.
• Help improve billing processes by providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Person Specification:
• Previous experience in a billing, customer service, or accounts role (5 + years preferred).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Proficient in using billing or CRM systems (e.g., Connectwise, NetSuite, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.

Working Hours:
• Mon-Fri, 09:30-14:30 (can be flexible if needed).
• 25 hours per week.
