Summary

We're looking for a Senior HR Assistant to join our team at our Head Office in Llangefni!

Do you love helping people?

As a Senior HR Assistant you will provide administration support to the HR Team and assist with esuring that our policies and procedures are implemented and maintained across Huws Gray. As well as:


Co-ordinating/responding to the team HR Support queries
Answering general queries from colleagues/managers/external customers via various methods
Maintaining a high level of confidentiality when dealing with all sensitive data
Maintaining and updating the HR system with colleague data
Liaising directly with the branch network as well as the senior teams
Assisting and supporting the colleague lifecycle from starter to leaver including recruitment, employment contracts, induction, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, pay and benefits

Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with a range of people
Sensitivity and objectivity in dealing with confidential issues
Attention to detail and high degrees of accuracy
A team player with the ability to work on your own initiative
Driving licence and willingness to travel to branches as required
Professional approach in relation to dealing with colleague related HR issues
Sound working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
