Summary
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To support the Department in the administration, monitoring & implementation ofthe Quality Management agenda. To oversee Quality & Compliance relatedactivities and ensure they are carried out as a minimum requirement, inaccordance with appropriate accreditation or regulatory bodies (e.g. CQC andQuality Surveillance Programme). To assist with the identification and establishment of quality objectives and qualityindicators, including formulating a plan for achieving these against appropriateand relevant timescales To be responsible for the planning, organising and execution of an effective auditschedule for the department, with support for other group aligned departmentswhere necessary. To be responsible for the preparation, administration,dissemination and routine review of the quality agenda To be responsible for retaining, maintaining and continuously improving, theQuality Management Service
