ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd are seeking a passionate and motivated Nursery Nurse (Level 2 or above) to join a well-established nursery in Rugby. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Early Years professional looking for a supportive environment and a healthy work–life balance with a 4-day working week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and learning opportunities for children aged 0–5, in line with the EYFS framework.
• Act as a key person, supporting each child’s development and maintaining accurate records.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Follow all safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies.

Requirements:

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (essential).
• Good knowledge of the EYFS.
• Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting (desirable).
• A positive, caring, and enthusiastic attitude.
