ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd are seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to lead a group of nurseries in Kenilworth.
You’ll oversee daily operations, inspire a dedicated team, and ensure the highest standards of care and education for children aged 0–5. Creativity, wellbeing, and quality practice are at the heart of our nurseries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop staff, ensuring excellent standards of EYFS practice.
• Manage planning, safeguarding, and compliance.
• Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and external professionals.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
• Level 3 or above in Early Years (essential).
• 3+ years in a manager/deputy role.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding.
