Summary

Excellent Sous Chef opportunity with top hotel!

A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at this luxury Hotel in the Maidenhead area for a Sous Chef. As part of a talented brigade you will be assist the Michelin awardrd Head Chef in serving food for the fine dining restaurant. You will be a talented Sous Chef looking to work with quality ingredients in a top hotel kitchen. There is no live in so you will need own transport.

The Role

• Reporting to the Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
• Working in the Modern kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
• Serving Modern British Menu to 2AA rosette level
• Strong Management skills

The Person

• You will already be a Sous Chef or Strong Jr Sous wanting to step up
• Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
• Have experience of working at 2AA rosette kitchen or higher
• Ambitious and career orientated
