We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Technical Asset Analyst to join the DWP mobilisation Technical Team.

Job Description

In this role, you will support the mobilisation team by ensuring the accuracy, quality, and integrity of asset and contract data through meticulous technical reviews. Your work will directly contribute to delivering the bid solution and meeting contractual obligations, ensuring operational performance and compliance with statutory regulations.

The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel expertise, strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of technical hard services.​

You will be responsible for managing, reviewing, and maintaining asset data, ensuring it aligns with SFG20 standards and Uniclass coding. Your attention to detail and technical knowledge will help shape asset management strategies and underpin successful project mobilisation.

Key Responsibilities

Support all Asset Data Management activities as agreed by the Technical team.

Assist Operational and Technical Teams in accurately capturing and reviewing core asset and contract data.

Undertake full Asset and PPM management, developing and managing maintenance schedules for physical assets, including selection, inspection, maintenance, and renewal.

Ensure all asset data complies with legal, statutory, and building engineering standards.

Manage data exports and imports for asset records, maintenance job plans, planned maintenance schedules, SFG20 and non-SFG procedures, and task instructions.

Support the FMS team in creating accurate master data and mapping to assets, systems, and job plans.

Monitor and maintain data entry procedures to ensure technical accuracy and quality assurance.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Proven advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including functions, formulas, and preferably Power BI, Power Query, VBA, or macros.

Experience with CAFM systems is desirable.

Strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and quality assurance.

Sound technical knowledge and experience with SFG20 and Uniclass coding.

Experience in technical hard services and asset management.

Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Self-driven, with a collaborative mindset to work within a high-performing team.

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining data integrity.
