Summary

We're looking for an Administrator to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team based in Lincoln



Location: Lincoln- hybrid working

Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us



We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.



In this role, you will be working on the Anglian Water IOS (integrated operational solutions) alliance who work on the water recycling solutions and the clean water base to incorporate new construction, replacements or repairs.



What will you be responsible for?

As an Administrator, you'll be supporting the construction team with updating documentation, archiving and preparation of files. You'll work closely with the scheduling team leader, construction manager & resource manager as well as the wider team.



Your day to day will include:

-Support the construction team with data entry, ability to manage data and accurately transfer into systems and databases

-Providing support to the IOS team as required

-Assist with the management of office consumables, PPE and updating local notice boards



What are we looking for?

This role of Administrator is great for you if you hold:

-Experience within an administrative or supporting post

-Excellent IT & organisational skills

-Experience working within a customer facing environment within an admin function

-Attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workloads
