Summary
We’re on the lookout for an energetic, hands-on leader to take charge of the Beacon Coffee House based at the Beacon as our new Worker-in-Charge. This is your chance to shine in a vibrant, customer-focused environment, working alongside our passionate Commercial Team.
With responsibility for the smooth running of the café, you’ll
Lead the day-to-day running of the coffee house, making sure everything runs smoothly and successfully.
Prepare and serve delicious food and drinks with pride, keeping hygiene standards at their absolute best.
Stay on top of all food safety regulations and legal requirements, including allergen and labelling rules.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience by ensuring every coffee, cake, and snack looks great and tastes even better.
The role is for a standard 37 hours per week, and there could also be the opportunity to work additional shifts.
