Summary
Document controller required to work in our busy preconstruction department. (Part time hours can be discussed)
The role will be based in our Loughton office - 4 days office and 1 day home.
We are a 5 minute walk from Debden station on the central line or a 5 minute walk from paid street parking (£6 per day)
Free Parking is available every Friday only outside the office.
Hours: Between 8am-5pm Monday - Friday
Experience preferred
Assist Preconstruction Managers with all document control activities.
Populate and upload samples, technical submittals, and Requests for Information (RFIs).
Track and manage rejected documents, ensuring timely resolution.
Monitor and manage client deadlines to support project delivery.
Populate and maintain Task Information Delivery Plans (TIDPs).
Create and organise electronic folders for project handovers.
Monitor online portals for revised documents (e.g., finishes schedules, site instructions, programme updates, drawings, and specifications).
Generate progress reports with Project Managers and upload them to the client system.
Attend meetings via Microsoft Teams.
Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, laminating, scanning, and printing.
