Job Description

This is a highly varied role, typically involving one week in four at reception and the remaining time actively supporting colleagues on the floor.

Lead campus and building tours for new employees and visitors with a positive, engaging demeanour.

Complete daily and monthly checklists to maintain workspace quality and track performance.

Assist with hospitality for meetings and events, supporting workplace initiatives and seasonal activities.

Maintain a visible, professional presence, including manning entrances and engaging with colleagues.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Experience in customer service, preferably with Blue Chip or high-touch clients.

Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

Ability to thrive and contribute effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Technologically proficient, with high competency across the full Microsoft Office suite.

First Aid and Fire Marshal training is advantageous.

Excellent telephone etiquette and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of property management systems (e.g., Condeco) is advantageous.

A natural people-person with strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills.

Background in catering, hospitality, guest relations, or similar customer-facing roles is desirable.
