Summary
A warm and inclusive school in Neasden is looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 and group support for pupils with SEND, including autism and speech & language needs.
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience supporting children with additional needs
Patient, calm, and emotionally intelligent
Skilled in using visual and sensory resources
Able to work collaboratively with SENCO and teaching staff
The role includes:
Supporting personalised learning plans
Helping pupils access the curriculum
Encouraging independence and confidence
Supporting EHCP targets and behaviour strategies
Location: Short walk from Neasden Station (Jubilee Line)
Start: ASAP
