As a Go-To Team Executive, you act as the primary representative on your assigned floor or building, ensuring the workplace experience is seamless and engaging.​

You are the main point of contact for colleagues and guests, embodying our client’s values and representing the organisation with professionalism and approachability.

Job Description

In this role, you create memorable and personalised experiences, delivering service that is both attentive and exceptional. You uphold our brand principles, culture, and values, maintaining a safe, organised, and welcoming office environment.​

You identify and address facility or technical issues efficiently, providing first-line technical support and liaising with relevant teams for resolution when required.

You will also be trained as a First Aid responder and Fire Marshal, ensuring readiness to act in emergencies, while maintaining a visible and professional presence that fosters a positive and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with colleagues and gather information to identify services that ensure satisfaction.

Ensure colleagues feel welcome, with needs met in a friendly, professional, and engaging way.Communicate proactively with the Workplace team and support a collaborative ‘one team’ approach.

Lead campus and building tours for new employees and visitors, sharing information positively and engagingly.

Complete daily and monthly checklists to maintain workspace quality and track performance.

Assist with booking and delivery of hospitality for meetings and events, coordinating with the Hospitality and Food Services teams.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Experience in customer service, preferably dealing with Blue Chip or high-touch clients.

Proven track record of delivering exceptional, high-quality customer service.

Ability to thrive and contribute effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Technologically proficient, with a high level of competency across the full Microsoft Office suite.

Excellent telephone etiquette and verbal communication skills.

A natural people-person with strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills.

Background in catering, hospitality, guest relations, or similar customer-facing roles is desirable.

Experience in target guest relations or hotel environments is ideal; roles such as receptionists, front-of-house staff, cabin crew, or similar are relevant.
