• Your role will involve overseeing database migrations, patching, and the integration of new technologies. You will provide technical guidance to project teams and stakeholders, ensuring that cloud and database services support organisational objectives.
• You will maintain comprehensive documentation and operational procedures for all cloud and database environments. Additionally, you will track emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on service delivery, recommending innovations that enhance scalability and performance.
• Reporting to senior leadership, you will provide insights into service performance, risks, and improvement plans. Your strategic vision and technical expertise will be instrumental in shaping the digital infrastructure of the NCA and supporting the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
