Summary
Freelance Site Manager - Hard Landscaping & Groundworks, Lincolnshire
We're looking for an experienced freelance Site Manager for a project in Lincolnshire.
The role involves managing all aspects of hard landscaping, groundworks, and drainage packages. You'll be responsible for ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager on heavy civils, groundworks, or hard landscaping projects.

Must hold a valid SMSTS ticket.

Must hold a valid First Aid certification.

A strong understanding of project management, health and safety regulations, and site logistics.
This is a contract role with an expected finish date of April 2026.
Rate: £250 - £300 per day (CIS)
