Summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join and supervise our Cleaning Team to co-ordinate the day to day provision of an effective, professional cleaning service focused on service delivery, providing supervision and guidance to team of 14 cleaners based at Lee Valley Academy, Enfield. In this role you will ensuring the cleaning schedule is adhered to and targets are achieved to meet contractual requirements, however the role will also require some cleaning to be carried out with the team on occasions to ensure all areas are cleaned in accordance with contractual requirements.

You will be joining our Total FM team based in Enfield. The Total FM team provides integrated asset management and maintenance services across the education, leisure, corporate, health and living sectors to ensure facilities operate at their best.

This role is 20 hours a week with a shift pattern of 4pm - 8pm, Monday - Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with the cleaning team to work with and direct all cleaning staff in their duties ensuring the cleaning schedule is adhered to and targets are achieved to meet contractual requirements, however the role will also require some cleaning to be carried out with the team on occasions to ensure all areas are cleaned in accordance with contractual requirements.
  • Ensure that the cleaning function is appropriately resourced by managing the rota effectively including arranging suitable cover for sickness and holidays.
  • Monitor record and deliver service levels in accordance with contractual requirements, liaising with the client as necessary.
  • Cleaning product stock control in liaison with the Senior Site Manager
  • Comprehensive induction of all cleaners and agency cleaners to the school including emergency procedures as required.
  • Comply with Health & Safety regulations and company policy to ensure a safe and healthy environment for staff members, visitors, contractors and others.


Key Requirements:

  • Experience/ knowledge of cleaning equipment, products, techniques and the ability to train staff in this area.
  • Obligation to adhere to safe working practices and ensure due consideration is given to the safety of colleagues, school children, other users of the school and the public
