Are you an enthusiastic and reliable grounds maintenance operative based in Hammersmith? Do you want to work in a supportive and dynamic environment? We are looking for motivated individuals to maintain, organise, and oversee various sites, ensuring all grounds maintenance services meet high standards and exceed customer expectations. This role requires initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.

Our client is one of the UK's leading providers of integrated management and maintenance services for parks and green spaces and is one of the fastest-growing businesses in the industry. As part of their expansion, they are seeking a skilled grounds maintenance operative to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Weeding, pruning, planting, and general horticultural duties
•
Lawn mowing, strimming, and hedge cutting
•
Organising resources to ensure effective service delivery
•
Maintaining high health & safety standards and adhering to procedures
Requirements:
•
Full UK manual driving license
•
Proven experience in grounds maintenance and horticultural work
•
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•
Competence in using power tools and horticultural equipment
•
Certificates in spraying (PA1, PA6), horticulture, and ride-on mower operation are advantageous but not essential
•
Strong understanding of health & safety practices
•
Ability to meet and exceed business objectives and customer expectations
