We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Receptionist to join our team.
About the Role;
This full-time position will involve a variety of front-of-house and administration duties, including:
Answering incoming calls and directing them appropriately
Greeting customers for the Service department
Ordering parts
Taking Bookings and logging them onto our system
Liaising with the manager
Workshop invoicing
Providing excellent customer service and acting as the welcoming face of our dealership
What we are looking for in you
We’re looking for an outgoing, friendly, and confident individual who enjoys working with people and has a positive, professional attitude. Previous experience in a similar Service Receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
