Summary
Personal Assistants Required (LILS/RK/LK)
Thornton-Cleveleys (FY5)
To support a young lady in her own home and the wider community. There are 10-20+ hours per week; shifts can be discussed and hours depending on applications. Flexible approach required. Will be including weekend work a minimum of once a fortnight.
Duties will include personal care, assisting with household tasks, cleaning, light snacks and drinks in daytime, Support to access local community for days out, shopping, leisure, cinema etc.
Sleepovers when required - Rate to be discussed
Applicants must be understanding, caring and patient. Must have previous experience of a similar role and qualified in moving and handling is essential. NVQ in care preferable/care qualifications etc.
Must possess a full clean valid driving license and have access to a car for ease of commuting.
Possibly wheelchair access vehicle for use on days out etc.

DBS required (employer covers the cost)
Part-time positions are available, with an hourly rate of £12.21 plus 5.6 weeks (pro rata) paid annual leave and a workplace pension scheme.
