Warehouse Operative - Manufacturing & Packaging
Location: Hayes
Shift: 7am - 7pm (12-hour shifts)
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
The Role:
The Best connection are recruiting warehouse operative for a busy packaging manufacturer and supplier based in Hayes.
This hands-on role involves supporting the day-to-day running of the warehouse and production areas, ensuring smooth operation of machinery and efficient handling of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
-Loading and unloading deliveries of raw materials and finished products
-Feeding plastic sheeting into machinery to assist with the production of bubble wrap and other packaging materials
-Carrying out general warehouse duties, including packing, stacking, cleaning, and stock movement
-Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
-Working alongside machine operators and following health and safety procedures
Requirements:
-Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is beneficial
-Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
-Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
-Able to work effectively as part of a team
Shift & Pay:
7:00am - 7:00pm (12-hour shift)
£12.21 per hour
