Summary

We are seeking experienced Counterbalance and Reach Truck Drivers to join our growing warehouse team in Slough.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for safely operating Counterbalance and Reach FLTs, as well as carrying out general warehouse duties, including some handballing (manual loading and unloading).

The position works on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, with 12-hour shifts, covering both days and nights, so flexibility is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
-Operating Counterbalance and Reach FLTs safely and efficiently.
-Loading and unloading vehicles and pallets.
-Transporting stock throughout the warehouse and maintaining organisation.
-Manual handling and handballing when required.
-Supporting general warehouse operations when needed.

Requirements:
-Valid Counterbalance and Reach Truck licences
-Previous warehouse experience in a similar role.
-Comfortable with manual handling and physically fit.
-Flexibility to work both days and nights on a 4 on 4 off rota.
-Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe working practices.
