Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage branch operations across multiple offices
Drive lead generation and identify new business opportunities
Conduct daily team meetings, set objectives, and track performance
Coach, mentor, and motivate sales teams to exceed targets
Carry out property valuations and secure new listings
Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and vendors
About You
Previous experience as a Branch Manager, Sales/Lettings Manager, Valuations Manager, Estate Manager, or similar role
Minimum of 6 months’ valuation experience
Proven track record in residential estate agency
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and client-handling skills
Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive results
