Summary
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Architectural Technician to join one of the UK’s leading providers of purpose-built residential care homes. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with 5+ years’ experience who is confident in managing architectural designs, feasibility studies, and ensuring compliance with UK building regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare feasibility studies, layouts, and early design proposals
Assess site constraints, planning policies, and development potential
Coordinate planning applications and refine proposals
Collaborate with consultants, planners, and project teams
Apply creative, safe, and sustainable design solutions
About You:
Degree in Architectural Technology, Architecture, or related field
5+ years’ experience in the built environment
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp
Strong knowledge of UK building regs & planning requirements
Collaborative and proactive approach
