Summary
An exciting opportunity to join a respected law firm in West Sussex as a Family Law Solicitor / Fee Earner / Paralegal. You’ll manage your own caseload, assist senior solicitors on complex cases, and develop your expertise across all areas of family law.
What you’ll do:
Manage and assist with family law cases
Draft legal documents and attend hearings/mediations
Provide clear legal advice to clients
Ensure compliance with regulations and best practice
What we’re looking for:
1–2 years PQE (Solicitor / Legal Executive / Fee Earner / Paralegal)
Strong experience in family law
Excellent drafting, analytical and client care skills
Confident with IT systems (Excel, HMCTS Portal, Practical Law)
