Summary
Our client is a well known brand specialising in the repair and refurbishment of consumer electronics and bicycles - from smartphones and tablets to TVs, laptops, and push bikes. Their mission is to give products a second life while delivering top-tier service to our customers.
What You'll Be Doing
Receive and inspect returned items including TVs, mobile phones, laptops, tablets, and push bikes
Accurately log returns into our system and assess condition
Liaise with repair technicians to determine next steps (repair, refurbish, recycle)
Package and prepare items for repair or resale
Maintain a clean and organised returns area
Support inventory control and stock movement
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or returns environment preferred
Basic understanding of electronics or bikes is a plus
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
Comfortable using computers and inventory systems
Team player with a proactive attitude
Hours of work
Monday - Friday, 07:10 - 15:10
Pay Rate
£13.34 per hour
