Summary
Class 1 HGV Drivers - Day Drivers & Trampers Needed
Location: New Holland
Job Type: Full-Time | Monday to Friday | AM Start Times
Pay: Competitive rates + £25 per night out (tramping) + Overtime paid after 48 hours
We're expanding our team and looking for Class 1 Drivers for both day work and tramping roles, covering local and nationwide runs.
Key Responsibilities:- Transporting timber products
- Ensuring professional and timely deliveries
- Securing loads using straps and ratchets
- Conducting vehicle and load inspections before departure
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence, CPC & Digi Card
- Minimum 2 years' HGV driving experience
- No DN or IN10 endorsements
- Maximum of 6 penalty points
- Strong communication and timekeeping skills
- Day shifts & tramping opportunities
- £25 per night out for trampers
- Supportive and friendly team
- Modern, well-maintained fleet
- Overtime paid after 48 hours
- Ongoing work with potential for a permanent contract
