Summary
Contact Centre Sales Executive
Company: TLB Medicals
Location: Nelson, Lancashire, BB9 7TZ.
Monday to Friday – 9:30am to 5:30pm
We’re looking for 2 x Sales Executives to join an expanding company. Since our formation in 2019, we have expanded into new offices and are at the forefront of building relationships and ensuring our customers are looked after.
Following your training and within your team, you will be building personal relationships with customers that contact us directly for our amazing services. You’ll be understanding their challenges and securing assistance for them, to resolve issues and potential compensation.
Key areas of responsibility:
· Contacting leads (who have initially contacted us)
· Represent the company through continued professionalism
· Sales experience is an advantage, but not essential
· Conversational competence to build rapport with clients
Person Specifications:
· Minimum one year telesales/ sales experience preferred
· Ability to learn and implement organisational lead techniques
· A self-starter with drive for success
