Summary

Salary: Hourly rate £13.26 - £13.47, plus weekend and Bank Holiday enhancements

Hours: Differing shift times available: 0700-1600, 1300-2200, 1700-0230, 2130-0700

Heritage Services manage some of the UK’s most impressive buildings in Bath including the Victoria Art Gallery and the Pump Room & Roman Baths, that is visited by over 1 million people each year.

The Operations Team performs an essential role in preparing these sites before they open to the public, keeping them safe and running smoothly during the day, and setting up/striking for functions in the evening. This role involves a wide range of duties that include general cleaning, washroom replenishment, security, patrolling and porterage duties.

Applicants must be well presented and confident when working in a busy public environment. The ability to carry out work involving manual handling is essential and training in this and other key tasks is provided.
