Summary
Are you a people person? Like a challenge? Then we want you! You will help deliver a high performing and fit for purpose markets service and it will be your job to organise the market to ensure they are operating in a safe, clean and efficient manner at all times.
We are looking for someone who can build strong relationships with traders as well as the ability to physically set up/dismantle our market gazebos and other equipment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Setting up and dismantling market gazebos and equipment—including operating a tractor and towing market trailers (C1E licence required)
Liaising with market traders to support their needs and ensure the market operates smoothly
Handling customer queries and complaints with empathy, patience, and professionalism
Ensuring the market is in a safe manner at all times
What We’re Looking For:
A full UK driving licence including permission to drive tractors whilst towing, C1E Licence required and as well as experience operating a tractor or similar machinery.
Excellent communication and people skills
Computer literate
A calm, empathetic approach to problem-solving.
Confidence in speaking with a wide range of people, from traders to the general public.
A proactive, hands-on attitude
