Do you take pride in keeping communities clean and safe? We’re looking for a motivated Waste Cleaning Operative to join us on a job share, part-time basis (16 hrs/week). The role will run for an initial three months while we trial the job share arrangement, with the possibility of becoming permanent if it works well for everyone.

We provide uniforms, safety boots and tools. COSHH knowledge is an advantage, but full training is provided. The work is active, varied and physically demanding, but you’ll see the difference your efforts make every day.
Join Bromford, part of Bromford Flagship, and become part of a leading housing provider delivering community-focused services across the Midlands and South West — all backed by the scale and ambition of the Bromford Flagship group.
