Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for someone who can
• Work with limited supervision identify and prioritise maintenance requirements
• Undertake when appropriate, and prepare work programmes.
• Assist the school’s Health and Safety Officer for site related matters
• Ensure that the school runs smoothly by carrying out a range of caretaking duties including security and supervision of the site, porterage, maintenance, monitoring compliance of cleaning contract/Service Level Agreements and Building Projects etc with the relevant contractors.
