Your new company
A fast-growing tech business is seeking a Finance Director to lead its finance function and drive strategic decision-making through robust financial reporting and controls.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a technically strong accountant with experience across reporting, audit, compliance, and international operations.
Your new role
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow planning
- Manage payroll, AP/AR, and HMRC relationships
- Oversee group accounting, consolidations, and intercompany reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with UK GAAP/IFRS, VAT, and corporation tax
- Lead external audits and drive internal process improvements
- Provide technical accounting guidance across the business
What you'll need to succeed
- Chartered Accountant (ACA / ICAEW / ICAS / CAANZ)
- 8+ years post-qualifying experience
- Strong IFRS and UK GAAP knowledge
- Proven ability to lead finance ops and engage senior stakeholders
