Summary
Job Title: Landscape Labourer
Location: Alvechurch + travel to customer sites across the UK Midlands
Hours: Full-time, 45 hours per week. May include evenings, weekends, bank holidays.
Overtime paid when authorised.
What You'll Do:
* Carry out landscaping, fencing, and external works to a high standard-neat, precise, and on time.
* Keep tools, vehicles, and equipment in good condition; check for defects, clean regularly, report issues.
* Follow instructions from senior staff or seek guidance when needed; support junior staff/apprentices.
* Adhere to health & safety rules, company standards and customer codes of conduct.
* Help with admin tasks: keeping accurate records, ordering supplies, planning materials and jobs.
What We're Looking For:
* At least 1 year of experience in landscaping/fencing work.
* Familiarity with landscaping tools, machinery, and safe working methods.
* Clean driving licence; additional driving or trailer-skills are a plus.
* Dependable, punctual, good communicator; able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions.
