‍ About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Apprentice Recruitment Advisor/Admin to join our busy HR and recruitment team. This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in recruitment and administration with one of the UK’s leading logistics groups.

What You’ll Do

• Support with recruitment administration and advertising
• Help manage candidate applications and communications
• Organise interviews and maintain records
• Use Excel and other systems to track and report on recruitment activities
• Provide general admin support to the recruitment team

Training & Development

• You’ll work towards a Level 2 Recruitment Resourcer Apprenticeship (equivalent to 1 GCSE or 3 passes).
• Potential to progress onto Level 3 Recruitment Consultant Apprenticeship (A Level equivalent).
• Gain hands-on experience while developing strong recruitment and business admin skills.
